How to order, Payment Options and Shipping from Decorative Embroidery by Ellen

Read this page to learn how to order any of our products, about our payment options, and how your order will ship.

Using Our Shopping Cart

When you find an item you wish to purchase just click on the "ADD TO CART" button to add the item to your shopping cart. You can then click the "CONTINUE SHOPPING" button to add anything else you see. Be sure to mark the quantity of each item. If it is more than one you must hit the "RECALCULATE" button after changing the quantity. When you are finished shopping click on the appropriate buttons to complete your order. We will confirm you order as soon as we receive it.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling is calculated on an individual order basis so is NOT included in the order totals. Once we have checked the shipping for the weight of your package and the area you live in, we will let you know how much to add to the total.

Email Inquiries

Use our e-mail  - ellenlval@yahoo.com to let us know what you are interested in.  If possible be specific as to design, color and product.  We can get back to you by e-mail. Payment can be made by personal check, Money Order or credit card.

Telephone Order

Call us with your order:  Just call us at 315 736-6282 between 9am to 9pm EASTERN TIME.  If we're not available just leave a message and we will return your call as soon as possible.  Telephone order payments can be made by Personal Check, Money Order or by credit card.  Credit card payments are processed through a secure server on the Internet.  Checks should be made payable to Decorative Embroidery by Ellen.

Mail Order

Mail us you order by regular first class postal mail.  Be sure to include the item(s) desired, colors, size (if appropriate), personalizing (please print this clearly), etc.  Please do not mail order prior to contacting us for shipping charges that need to be added to your total cost.  As indicated above checks are to be made out to Decorative Embroidery by Ellen and if you wish you can include your VISA or MASTERCARD number, expiration date and V-code found on the back of your card) with your order.

Payment Options

Decorative Embroidery by Ellen accepts several payment options.

1. PayPal - credit card and eCheck payments for internet orders.  Click this option on the order form.
2. Pro Pay - Credit Cards can be processed through their secure server.  The shopping cart we use gathers all the information needed.  This method can be used with any type of order.
3. Money Orders or Personal Checks should be made out to "Decorative Embroidery by Ellen".  This form of payment can be used with all forms of orders.  
   PLEASE NOTE:  we will not ship you order until we receive you check or money order and it has cleared the bank.   $25 will be charged to you if the check is returned for any reason.

Shipping

All orders are shipped Priority Mail through the US Postal Service. Your orders should be received within 3 days of shipping. Rates will be determined by the US Postal Service's Priority Mail rates by zone and your postal Zip Code.

All orders are figured individually so the shipping charges will not be included in your order form total. If paying by check, please contact us for shipping charges prior to order.
