Pleaae read the following to learn our policies for our business.

MADE-TO-ORDER & CUSTOM ORDERS

All items are made to your specifications.  If we have any questions about your order we will contact you before it is started. The pictures on our web site are only samples of what can be done.  Don't be afraid to ask if you want something special.  We will do our best to fill your request.

RETURNS:

We try to the best of our ability to custom make the item(s) you requested.  This is why we ask that you be very specific as to what you want and that we both understand what is requested.  If there is a problem after you receive the order, please call us and we will try to the best of our ability to make it right.  

• NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION
• Personalized items are non-returnable.
• A 15% restocking charge will occur if an item is returned.
• Shipping and handling are not refunded, you will be responsible for postage of the returned item(s).
• All item(s) MUST be returned in the same condition as they were received.

PRIVACY POLICY:

All information you provide to us will be kept in the strictest confidence. Your information will not be given to anyone for any reason. THIS IS OUR POLICY AND PROMISE TO YOU!
